Rob Osborne
President and Managing Partner
Mr. Osborne, has over 30 years progressive experience in the Wireless Telecommunications Industry and General Contracting. During his tenure, Robert has worked as a Tower Rigger/ Aerial Technician and climbed the corporate ladder and holds the position of President at Bearing Tel. As our Firm’s founding partner, Robert has overseen all corporate finances, operations, and general management. He provides oversight on key business matters and corporate strategy Rob is a Microwave Transmission expert and Six Sigma Green Belt.
Jeffrey Thomas
Principal and Vice President of Operations Field Operations
Mr. Thomas has over 15 years progressive experience in Wireless Telecommunications and Tower Rigging. Jeffrey is an effective communicator who manages Bearing’s overall Field Staff and is responsible for Staff’s assignment to all Projects. Jeff is an original founding partner in the Firm, with extensive experience in New Site Build, Network Augmentation, Swap and Technology Overlay projects he is critical to Bearing Tel’s overall job planning and work execution.
Erin Ramsay
Principal & VP Business Development and Sales
Mr. Ramsay has over 25 years of progressive experience in Communications industry. Erin has worked as a Drafts Person & Designer, Surveyor & Project Coordinator, Project Manger, Director of Projects & Sales, VP Operations and General Manager. After Joining the Firm in April of 2019, Erin became a ‘Building’ Partner in January 2022. In his Current Role as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, He is responsible for the overall areas of; Business Development, Marketing, Sales & Estimating, including Bearing’s overall Business Development and Growth Strategy. Erin attended Sheridan College, Architectural Technology Program.
Craig Dalglish
Director and Managing Partner
Mr Dalglish has over 20 years of progressive experience in the communications industry. Craig has worked in the field of Earth Station Satellite Communications as an installer, Wireless Telecom Crew Supervisor, Field Service Manager, Senior Operations Manager and Service Delivery Director. After Joining the Firm in August of 2022, Craig joined our ownership group as a ‘Building’ Partner. In his Current Role as Director and Managing Partner, He is responsible for the overall areas of; Program Management, Quality Management Systems, Processes and Procedures Development, and Customer Delivery while managing Bearing’s capacity planning to ensure sufficient, efficient, and effective resourcing to deliver quality service. Craig attended St Lawrence College, Graphic Design Program.
Edison Hayden
Maintenance Supervisor
Edison is a retired member of the Canadian Armed Forces in the Telecommunications Trade.
The early part of Edison’s career was spent deploying critical communications systems for Canada’s Department of National Defense in foreign countries in remote and often harsh environments. Utilizing his continuous, sequential, and progressive Miliary experience he has applied his skills to provide operational support to Bearing’s Customer’s Wireless Networks. Edison organizes Bearing’s Maintenance, Service and Callout Teams with Documented Procedures, Safe Work practices and deploys our Field Staff efficiently while reducing costs and improving deployment times, MTTR and Service Restoration. Residing in Barrie Ontario with his partner Chantelle and their three boys, he is an avid and developing Golfer, and still has time to explore adventure Scuba Diving around the world. As a key member of Bearing’s Leadership group, Edison supports our Customers Field Operations and networks 24/7/365.
